Στα εργαστήρια παραλαμβάνουμε καθημερινά τα ΜΕ και τις ανασκαφικές φωτογραφίες της προηγούμενης μέρας. Έτσι δημιουργείται και ένα φωτογραφικό αρχείο της κεραμικής το οποίο ταξινομείται και μας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να έχουμε συνεχή έλεγχο του υλικού που φτάνει από την ανασκαφή, να οδηγούμαστε σε κάποια πρώτα συμπεράσματα αλλά και να εντοπίζουμε σημαντικά ευρήματα και να επιλύουμε προβλήματα, λάθη και παραλείψεις άμεσα.
