Ειδικότερα αν η βλάβη πρόκληση μείωση της παραγωγής του φωτοβολταϊκού πάρκου, ο Ανάδοχος υποχρεούται να την επισκευάσει εντός 48 ωρών, με την προϋπόθεση ότι τα ανταλλακτικά που απαιτούνται είναι εντός του ελάχιστου αποθέματος ανταλλακτικών
