Κατά τη διάρκεια του σταδίου αυτού

Κατά τη διάρκεια του σταδίου αυτού η ομάδα των Ελλήνων ειδικών απασχολήθηκε σε εργασίες τεκμηρίωσης του αρχαιολογικού υλικού το οποίο μετά από σχετική διαλογή επιλέχθηκε να ενταχθεί στο Πρόγραμμα. Τα αντικείμενα φωτογραφήθηκαν και σχεδιάστηκαν προτού ενταχθούν στην διαδικασία συντήρησης. Ακολούθησε η ενημέρωση ειδικής βάσης δεδομένων, που κατασκευάστηκε για το σκοπό αυτό, με στοιχεία αρχαιολογικής τεκμηρίωσης και εξέλιξης μεθοδολογίας συντήρησης. Ακολούθησε η βιβλιογραφική τεκμηρίωση και η μελέτη τέτοιων αντικειμένων με παραδείγματα τόσο από το βαλκανικό χώρο, όσο και από την Κεντρική Ευρώπη. Τέλος πραγματοποιήθηκε η συγγραφή των κειμένων της δημοσιοποιημένης παρούσας έκδοσης σχετικά με όλες τις διαδικασίες υλοποίησης αυτού του προγράμματος και όλα τα στάδια διάσωσης, συντήρησης και τεκμηρίωσης των ξύλινων τεχνέργων. Επιπλέον κατασκευάστηκε σχετική ιστοσελίδα με ενημερωτικό χαρακτήρα, η οποία εμπλουτίστηκε με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες τόσο για το αρχαιολογικό έργο στην περιοχή όσο και για τις δράσεις του προγράμματος. Παράλληλα προετοιμάστηκε σχετική αφίσα και προσκλήσεις για την επιστημονική συνάντηση, έγιναν οι απαραίτητες επαφές με τους ομιλητές και τους επιστημονικούς συνεργάτες και οριστικοποιήθηκε το πρόγραμμα της διημερίδας.

During this stage the team of Greek experts worked on tasks of documentation of archaeological material that after such screening was selected to join the Program. The objects photographed and designed before joining the maintenance procedure. Followed by the special database update, which was constructed for this purpose, with elements of archaeological documentation and maintenance methodology development. Followed by the bibliographic documentation and the study of such objects with examples both from the Balkans and Central Europe. Finally made the writing of texts of this publication advertised on all procedures to implement this program and all phases of rescue, documentation and maintenance of wooden technergwn. Additional build relevant website with informative, which was enriched with all the necessary information both for the archaeological work in the region and for the actions of the programme. At the same time prepared a poster and invitations for the scientific meeting, made the necessary contacts with the speakers and the scientific partners and finalized the agenda of the meeting.
