Για την υλοποίηση του Προγράμματος απαραίτητη ήταν η συγκρότηση ομάδας έργου ειδικών συνεργατών, η οποία μέσα σε ένα προδιαγεγραμμένο πλαίσιο αρμοδιοτήτων και με αυστηρά προκαθορισμένο χρονοδιάγραμμα ανέλαβε το σχεδιασμό και την εποπτεία των επιμέρους δράσεων του Προγράμματος. Την ομάδα αυτή στελέχωσαν ο επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος Δρ. Πανίκος Χρυσοστόμου, ο οποίος είχε την συνολική εποπτεία των σταδίων υλοποίησης του έργου, τον έλεγχο της ορθής εκτέλεσης του προϋπολογισμού και την έγκριση των δαπανών, πραγματοποίησε τις επίσημες επαφές με τους συνεργαζόμενους φορείς και ανέλαβε την υπηρεσιακή ενημέρωση του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού. Ακολουθούν οι τρεις αρχαιολόγοι γενικής εποπτείας Άντρη Κυριάκου, Ευαγγελία Νάιδου και Τρύφων Γιαγκούλης, οι οποίοι έχουν τη γενική ευθύνη της διοικητικής υποστήριξης του έργου, την παρακολούθηση της υλοποίησης των επιμέρους δράσεων, την οργάνωση των συναντήσεων με τους Ελβετούς συνεργάτες και γενικά τον συντονισμό των ομάδων εργασίας σε όλα τα στάδια. Άλλοι τρεις αρχαιολόγοι, οι Έλενα Σιακάτη, Σάββας Βαρυτιμιάδης και Χριστόφορος Αραπαντζής απασχολήθηκαν στην επεξεργασία και παρουσίαση των αρχαιολογικών δεδομένων, στην κατασκευή της βάσης δεδομένων και της ιστοσελίδας του Προγράμματος αλλά και στην οργάνωση της επιστημονικής συνάντησης (εικ.1). Επίσης δύο συντηρητές, ο Ευάγγελος Χρυσοστόμου, ο οποίος συμμετέχει αφιλοκερδώς προσφέροντας μας πολύτιμη βοήθεια, και η Σοφία Σαντετσίδου, οι οποίοι παρακολούθησαν όλη την πορεία της μεθοδολογίας συντήρησης και συμμετείχαν στις δράσεις δημοσιοποίησης των αποτελεσμάτων του έργου. Η τεχνική υποστήριξη έγινε από τον τεχνικό Η/Υ Παναγιώτη Παπαδόπουλο, η λογιστική υποστήριξη από τη λογίστρια Κατερίνα Τσάνη. Τα γραφιστικά και τη δημιουργία έντυπου υλικού (αφίσα, προσκλήσεις ημερίδας, λογότυπο) έγιναν από τη γραφίστρια Ελένη Κωνσταντινίδου και η φωτογράφηση των αντικειμένων από τη Βασιλική Μπαρούτογλου.

Three other archaeologists, the Elena Siakati, Savvas Barytimiadis and Christopher Arapantzis worked in the processing and presentation of archaeological data, the construction of the database and the website of the programme but also in the Organization of the scientific meeting (fig. 1). Also two conservators, Evangelos Chrysostomou, who participates in our offering valuable assistance, and Sofia Santetsidoy, who watched the entire course of maintenance methodology and participated in the publishing activities of the project's results. The technical support was from the PC technician Panagiotis Papadopoulos, the financial support from Katerina Tsani accountant. The graphic design and create printed materials (poster, invitations, event logo) made by the graphic designer Eleni Konstantinidou and photographing of objects from the Royal Mparoytogloy.
